This development consists of 63 permanent supportive housing units for the chronically homeless. The project has a mix of studios and one-bedroom units. The building is five-stories of Type-III construction on grade and is located within a ¼ mile of metro stops in the Westlake area of Los Angeles. In addition to the 63 units, there are community services such as counseling and job training. The project also provides a roof deck and community space overlooking the Westlake Neighborhood.
